Meeting Summary

Purpose.

The purpose for our subcommittee is to encourage each other to do more research. This will enable us to more effectively relate, and share with the public. The reason we are meeting is to share research and bring it to discuss it. We will present reports for editing so that they can be posted on the blog. This is how we will share research, and learn from each other. The blog will help us share our information with each other, Vision Heirs, and the public. 

Fundraising.

We need more ideas for fund raising. The purpose for fundraising is to enable us to expand our library, and to help Vision Heirs financially. We are trying to set up a fundraiser where we will take our fife and drum corps down to the 16th street mall. We are waiting to see if there are any regulations on street preforming. 

Reports.

Titus will set up a web page with all the reports that need to be edited. Feel free to download a copy, make notes and send them to the writer of the report. If you have a oral report and want to share it, please write it down and we can to help you edit it so that it can go on the blog.

Persona names as signatures 

Use your persona name as your signature on your reports that will go on the blog.

Also, I (Titus) would like to put more focus on our personas next few meetings so just keep that in mind as it approaches.
